Are you male, female, or intersex?
It might surprise you that sex is actually a spectrum, and that people can be born with chromosomes, genitals and/or reproductive organs which aren't 100% male or female, or are a mixture of both. These people are 'intersex'.
In a world-first, Australia recently changed the laws to make sure our intersex population (estimated at around 230,000) is protected from discrimination when accessing education, employment, health and other services.
